On 1 January 2020, the extended period of technical support for CardScan products ended. Since all CardScan products have been discontinued, it is no longer possible to use CardScan software version 9 or later beyond the trial period. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. The version 8.0.5 and a license key, will allow you to continue using your CardScan® hardware. If the LabelWriter appears under unspecified on Windows in Devices and Printers, usually the computer has not identified that device as a printer yet.
